I had 2 muffins left from my chocolate chip muffins and I decided I wanit to do something special to them. So I turned them into truffles! These rufles are creamy, chocolatey and tastes just like chocolate chip muffins. They are highly portable and perfect for gift giving. People would be impressed by the tasty chocolate chip muffin flavor!
Ingredients:
2 chocolate chip muffins
1/4 cup of heavy cream
chocolate (decided by preference)
Directions:
1. Crumble up the muffins into fine bits.
2. Whip up the heavy cream until stiff peaks.
3. Add in the muffin bits and mix together until fully combined. ( the dough will be greasy)
4. Roll the dough into 1 tbsp shaped balls
5. Chill the dough in the refridgerator for 40 minutes
6. Dip them in the melted chocolate until it is fully coated.
7. Chill the balls for 30 minutes
