What does it taste like?
Macarons are french cookies but they are more like cakes because they are slightly crispy on the outside but chewy in the inside. For these strawberry macarons, I added a little bit of strawberry powder to the macarons shells and filled them with strawberry buttercream, which tastes so, so so good together. There is the slight crunch form the macarons and he chewy exterior and the creamy buttercream filling. It's unbeatable.
