This souffle is the lightest airiest souffle you'll ever have! It literally melt in your mouth!

I had my diubts about this recipe but it really surprised me. With tangy lemon falvor and ultra soft texture, souffle you're my favorite dessert.
The best part of this souffle is that it only requires 4 ingredients!! Just eggs sugar lemon juice and flour.
Whats best about this recipe is that its highly customizable. Instead if lemon juice, you can use milk if you want plain souffle, coffee if you want coffee souffle, you ca use lime juice for lime souffle. The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
100g sugar
50g lemon juice*
20g flour
Directions:
1. Mix the egg yolks with 50g sugar.
2. Add in the lemon juice and whisk to combine.
3. Sift in the flour and whisk.
4. On a bain marie, whisk the cream until thickened and resembles a thick cream.
5. Whip up the egg whites with 50g sugar until stiff peaks form.
6. Slowly fold the meringue into the cream, being careful not to dwflate the meringue.
7. Grease the raemkins with butter and coat them wih sugar.
8. Fill the batter all tje way to the top and go around the edge of the ramekin with your thumb.
9. Bake 180°C for 10~15 minutes.
Enjoy with powdered sigar and whipped cream.
Recipe Notes :
You can suvstitue substitue and liquid instead of lemon juice. Just not water!
Souffles deflate quickly so its best enjoyed right away.
