Banana Frozen Yogurt

Bananas are high in protein and can help with digestion. And they are also delicous. I am publishing another new frozen yogurt recipe. They are super delicous and perfect for an afternoon snack. A bonus point is that they are also healthy. And way better than the sweet candies and crackers kids like. Plus, only 2 ingredient recipe! So go ahead and make these!


Ingredients:

1 Banana (the riper your banana is, the sweeter and more banana flavor your frozen yogurt will have.)

3 tbsp (45g) yogurt (any kind is ok)


Directions:

1. Mash up the banana until fine. ( your can use a fork, handheld mixer or whatever you prefer.)

2. Add in the yogurt and mix till fully incorporated.

3. Transfer to a container and freeze for minimum of 4 hours to overnight.



Recipe Notes:

You can add any kind of add ins you wish to this frozen yogurt. If you like yours sweeter, add maple syrup, chocolate chip would be wonderful in this recipe. It's totally up to you!
