Green Tea Macarons

These macarons are really delicious. I really enjoy making macarons because they are advanced level and very delicious! their is also Italian and more ways to make macarons, but for me french type is the easiest! It's really easy to fail when you over mixed, or mixed less. So again, here is the tip: you might want to check with your spatula if you can make a perfect 8. I will show you in the video, but when you can make a perfect 8 with your batter, stop and do not over mix. We really want you to get the right macaron at your first time!!! Few people are scared to make macarons, but you don't need to be scared just try and see what happens. It;s easier then you think^^ I added green tea powder becuase that way you can taste the green tea. And of course it won't be a green tea macaron if you don't have a green tea in your macarons!!! The butter cream might look kind of yucky since the color green doesn't really match the food... I kind of thought like that. But so delicious!!! The good thing about this recipe is that you don't have to throw away you yolks. there is always left over yolks rolling around in my fridge and I have to throw away at the end, but this is not like that! It makes about 24 macarons sets.

3. Sift in the mixture from 1 in the meringue. Mix with a spatula until you can get a perfect 8 with your batter. Stop there and do not over mix!
