Nutella Cookies

58g soft butter

70g brown sugar

45g granulated sugar

1 egg+1 egg yolk

74g Nutella divided

148g all purpose flour

2g baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

40g chocolate chips


Directions

1. Whisk the butter until smooth. Add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar and whisk them together. Beat in egg, egg yolk whisk until combined

2. Put in the half of the Nutella(37g) and whisk it.

3. In a different bowl whisk flour, baking soda, cornstarch, salt. Combined with the wet ingredients and mix it with a spatula.

4. Add in the rest of the Nutella and chocolate chips. With 1/2 tablespoon circle them on to the parchment paper. Bake it for 10 minutes in 180*C(3550*F)
