baking omelets are one of the funnest thing I like to bake! It's so easy and OMG it's so delicious!!! But I don't know what to say with Kcal... Everything easy with this recipe, but one thing hard is separating the egg white and the egg yolk. You can separate with your hand which is the easiest way to do. I got very annoyed when the egg yolk got in at my last egg!!! Be careful not to waste your eggs! This recipe makes about 7cm sized 13-15 Oreo Omelets.
Ingredients
3egg whites
70g sugar
3egg yolks
30g sugar
15g cocoa powder
70g purpose flour
200g heavy cream
10 oreo crumbles
20g sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk the egg whites and put in 70g sugar. Whisk until you get a meringue. Set aside.
2. In a different bowl, whisk the egg yolk, 30g sugar.
3. Combined the egg white mixture to egg yolk mixture 1/3 at a time. Sift in the flour and the cocoa powder.
4. Pipe it in 7cm circle size. And Bake it for 10 minutes in 180*C.
5. Whisk the heavy cream and add in the sugar. at the end add in the Oreo crumbles.
6. When it gets out from the oven cool until you can fold it and place in a lunch box folded and let it cool the rest time like that.
7. Pipe it on to the baked batter. Make sure you pipe it when it's completely cooled.
