Brownies are one of a stable dessert. Like chocolate chip cookies. Everybody loves it and it's perfect for any occasion. This recipe us the best after countless tries and we can gurantee mastering perfect brownies.
What do they taste like?
These brownies are very very moist and fudgy. They have great chocolate flavor and they are super chewy. While the outer parts are slihtly crispy, the inner part is super moist and fudgy, almost like fudge. You can add any kind of add-ins you wish but we kept it plain.
Sugar
Sugar is wgat sweetens the brownies, as well as provide structure. You can substitue brown sugar for white sugar.
Butter
It gives brownies they're iconic flavor and it adds moisture.
Oil
This is the fat for this recipe like butter, but it doesn't have as good flavor as butter.
Chocolate
For the chocolate flavor, this recipe uses real chocolste and cocoa powder.
Ingredients: 6 tbsp (57g) butter 6 tbsp (65g) oil 115g (8oz) chocolate 1 cup (200g) sugar*
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup add-ins* (optinal)
Directions:
1. Melt togeher the butter and the chocolate together in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
2. Add in the sugar and whisk until fully combined. The mixture will look grainy.
3. Add the oil and the eggs, one by one.
4. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and carefully mix. Do not overmix.
5. Add add-ins of your choice.
6. Spread evenly into a 9×9 inch (23×23cm) baking tray.
7. Bake for 20 minutes at 180'C.
Recipe Notes:
You can use brown sugar instead of white sugar. It will nakebthe brownies more moist.
You can add any kind of add-ins you wish. Chocolate chips, peanut butter chips or even nuts or crushed pretzels.
